The parts list below is updated upon receiving parts from manufacturers after casting, turning or C&C'd work depending on specific need/ application. RTC has other parts in stock than those shown; we have chosen not to list these other parts until enough back-stock arrives so that we may supply you without having to say, "temporarily out of stock"! All parts shown are in-stock and ready for shipment. If you do not see an item you require, please inquire as to its availability. We may have two or three in-house not displayed or listed. Due to the age of these older analog turntables, many parts are no longer produced; which is to be expected after so many years. We will be stocking a number of parts for many different "idler-drive" turntables as well as some parts for older (1940's-1980's) belt drive units or combination idler/belt driven units. Some of our parts have to be ordered from our suppliers 90-120 days in advance, which may--in turn--cause a lenghty waiting time for our customers. We will strive to keep you informed, should there be an inordinate amount of time estimated that it will take for us to get your order to you.
Many of our stocked-in-house, hard-to-find parts are salvaged from units we have chosen to disassemble in order to supply the needs of you, the collector/user. These may include frame skeletons, platters, platter wells (i.e., platters and platter shaft well matched set) and some electric motors. There are times RTC has on hand many disassembled units, all depending on the condition of the unit when we acquired it. The most costly part for RTC to acquire at a reasonable re-sellable price is the Bodine NYC-12 motor and a few other motors used by Russco as well as other idler drive builders. We will continue to add many types of specialty screws and fasteners to RTC's line items in order to "dress-up" your deck or replace existing "worn-looking" fasteners. If there is a call for this part (whether 1 screw or 100), we will make every effort to obtain them for you. If you need something different to "set off" your table, email parts@RusscoTurntables.com
All prices are subject to change. Arkansas residents add 6% state sales tax.

Plateform Shock Mounts
All Plateform Shock Mounts are New Stock When upgrading, replacing all 3 (or more) motor isolation/vibration plateform mounts is strongly recommended. SNUBBING WASHERS are now in stock! All Plateform mounts will benefit greatly by adding a snubbing washer to the top and bottom of all plateform mounts (where space allows). They are designed to be used together with the correct plateform mount to help isolate and reduce vibration at each mount point.
ATTENTION QRK MODEL 12C OWNERS: depending on the model and year of manufacture, QRK used a slightly different combination of Plateform Shock Mounts. Instead of a PL100-A (1/2 lb.) at the back of the motor hanger plate, the 12C uses a 100PL-1 (1 lb.), with 2 100PL-2 (2 lbs.) mounts on either side of the motor. We have these, and a set of 3 (Part # 3-SET-QRK) is priced at just $32.40 [plus shipping]. *Note: depending on the motor mount screw holes placement, your QRK may require diamond-shaped mounts to the left and right of the motor. Contact us regarding your particular table's requirements.
See diagrams on Parts/Diagrams II page. We believe it is worth the small expense to add Snubbing Washers when you replace your mounts!

Axial Rated Load @ 1/16in. (1.58mm) Deflection / 2 lbs. Axial Spring Rate for the 100PL-2= 32 lbs/in. PAIR/SET Plateform Mounts.
*Sold as a set of 3.
Other Info: 1) Russco Cue-Master®, Russco Studio-Pro Model B® tables, also Sparta, Spotmaster, LPB and other "branded" idler-drive units.
2) * Some Russco owners have substituted part # 100PL-2 (2 lb plateform mount) in place of the original 100PL-A. (1/2lb Plateform Mount) in order to retro-fit worn out or damaged motor mounts on the Studio-Pro and Cue-Master commercial turntables. Part 100PL-A in-house stock. The substituted part will work, BUT does NOT conform to original design specifications possibly increasing the noise and vibration characteristics from the Bodine or other Motor assemblies recommended by Russco. (Russ Friend & Associates)
The Axial Spring Rate for the 100PL-A = 8 lbs/in, the 100PL-2 = 32 lbs/in.
The Axial Spring rate difference (100PL-A vs. 100PL-2) is almost 3 times that of original design specifications. This difference can (and will) be applicable to heightened noise and increased transfer of vibration from the "semi-isolated" suspended motor deck. The cast Aluminum platter, (lathe-turned) is effectively part of the main deck skeleton making contact through both the oilite bearings within the shaft well assembly, the main "captured" bearings in the platter-shaft, the height adjustable bearing at the base of the shaft well and limited contact through the capstan head / idler wheel against the inside rim of the platter. Limiting transfer of noise/vibration within the unit is the basic job of the plateform mounts, if you change the design principles and weight load characteristics of the mounts the "harmonics" they were designed to reduce or nullify can increase dramatically. |

Plateform Shock Mounts
|
Aluminum "Diamond" Vibration / Shock Plateform Mount /2lb rating. Used on EARLY Studio-Pro, PRE Studio-Pro Model B. series as well as "Collins Amp" blower/fan mounts and some Harris Intertype Corporation "Harris/Gates" series of early turntables, *see below. (EARLY "Number/Letter designation= 106-PL-2)These (106PDL-2 Diamond) and the PN-106PDN "Square" Plateform mounts are interchangeable in most shock-mount areas. Both Series have equidistant cross plateform center-hole/center-hole measurement. In most Plateform mounting situations only two (2) attachment points are used, both cross-mount on it's longest axis (35.80mm / 1 13/32" ) even though the "Square" plateform mounts come drilled in 4 mounting points 25.77mm / 1 1/64" center-to-center square yet as stated, cross-mount drilled 35.80mm / 1 13/32".

100 PL-1 -1 (lb)

Plateform Shock Mounts
|
1lb Harris / Gates CB500 and/or CB1200 in some cases. The Gates CB500 series used different configurations of plateform mounts depending on the year/series as the table evolved. There was up-to 8 Plateform mounts under-base, (4 on top the motor and 4 under). On other CB500 units there were 3 plateform mounts used; (see link, 3 mounts and motor bracket shown on mid-page) all mounts were set on a vertical axis spread equidistant around the motor.
Aluminum Holder, (NOT Steel holder 100 PDN-1, no longer in production), specified part by early Harris, Gates, Gates/Harris.
These mounts are Square (the first mounts were 100PDL-1 Diamond, steel) the 100 PL-1 will work nicely where original mounts were fitted. (Vertical axis at three equidistant mount points.) RTC does have Diamond Plateform mounts in steel, (see above 100PDN-2) These carry a higher static load rating of 2 lbs which can be used in place of the 100 PL-1 Aluminum mounts. The 100PDN-2 plateform mounts are a bit more firm but due in part to the size of the motor vs. weight and size of the platter along with total mass spun-up these can be interchanged without any problems. NOS factory recommended 100 PL-1 Static load 1 lbs, (.45kg) Normal axial natural Frequency. 18 (Hz) Static axial spring rate 33 lb/in, N/mm (5.7), Dimensions under NO load in.(") .30* (Set dimensions are measured and taken from height: i.e. (A) topside of METAL plateform mounting holder to top of mount where the "supported" member sits) (B) Dimensions under NO load from top of where supported member sits to under-side where rubber mount terminates and "snubber" washer sits .41. Same Dimensions under NO load mm as per same characteristics and measuring points above, (A) 7.6, (B) 10.4. Measurement from mounting points across to mounting point (center-to-center) 1.414 in, / 35.92 mm Plateform overall outside measurement, 1.25 in (31.7 mm) Neoprene rubber measurement (full circle diameter), 1.000 in, (25.40 mm) Mounting point for threaded bolt/nut width, .166 in, (4.22 mm)

Turntable Basics RTC highly recommends an outstanding re-building service for many idler drive wheels, ("pucks") through a company we trust without reservation! The company is Turntable Basics . Turntable Idler Wheel Rebuilding Services (the company who rebuilds the idler wheels) uses the original wheel "hub" and the bearing that came with the wheel. This company and its owner work technical wonders with wheels of all descriptions, conditions, makes and brands. Please see JPEG's of their excellent work near the bottom of the Other Idlers/Add-Ons page.
We use Turntable Basics for our Gates units as well as other units which can be very hard to find. Frankly, the cost to rebuild your idler wheel to ensure that your deck runs at the "right" speed is nominal, compared to having a motor re-built by a qualified re-builder at $200.00-$380.00! If you have a fine older unit that will not turn the platter smoothly, or the idler wheel has a "bump" or flat-spot, it's time to re-build the wheel! These days, cost and quality are paramount! If you want the job done right, check out their website and see their products or contact tim@turntablebasics.com for personal attention.
